He read the room and understood the vibe we were going for and was able to fill in the blanks in our provided playlists perfectly. We got so many compliments from guests regarding how good the music was, which made us really happy. Nick was also very flexible and accommodating as we had a lot of last-minute song choices (night before and day-of). He did everything to make sure we were on the same page with the song choices and song order, especially regarding the grand entrance and first dance songs. Before our wedding we went on this website filling out music for our wedding, a week before we had a phone call going over the music, talking about ourselves and feeling each others vibes. I was worried because my husband and I have awkward families so I thought no one would dance. Jimn told us we can trust him and he’ll make it happen. Jimn answered any questions we had. Day of our wedding Jimn played all of our favorite music plus more. Right before our grand entrance he came and checked in with my wedding party making sure everyone’s names were right and hyped us up!! Our grand entrance was super fun and definitely hyped everyone up! Jimn definitely felt out the vibe of our guests and knew exactly what to play. Once Jimn realized how much I loved Justin Bieber he made sure to play a lot more which I loved lol!! He chatted with us a few times and was great to talk to. Jimn is definitely someone you would want to have at your event kind, interactive, hypes everyone up and really knows his music. “The Hook Club was by far the coolest musicians I was able to find in terms of having an NYC night out vibe, and not a typical "wedding" vibe. We had a bass and guitar duo for our cocktail hour. They were super nice and awesome musicians. It started raining an hour into our cocktails so we had to move inside, and the bassist switched to playing a piano so that we could continue the music inside. Everyone was so impressed by how multi-talented they were!! Loved them and wish we had them play music for more of our reception. Dan, the founder, as well as the rest of their staff were incredibly organized and attentive throughout the planning process. Highly recommend!!”

“Bakers Ranch is a team of informed wedding professionals who are experts in the unique art of weddings. Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and overall experience. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. “When my wife and I were planning our wedding, we were initially hesitant to book Once Like a Spark Wedding Co. since they were not a local company, and we didn't get to talk directly to the photographer or videographer until the day of the wedding. That being said, what sold us was their website/gallery, their professionalism when getting a quote, and that our venue vouched for them. OLAS' team's communication was responsive, quick, and thorough, putting us at ease. We had planning calls and surveys leading up the day of. Jasmine T did a stellar job setting us up to look our best, and she had her work cut out for her, because she was dealing with two brides, two dresses, and an outfit change! Jasmine was also great about following our instructions from the survey and planning meetings. For example, we had included pictures in front of a wall of donuts at the venue, but we later changed the wall of donuts to cannoli's and forgot to tell OLAS. Turns out the venue threw in the donut wall back in without telling us. Jasmine brought us to the wall, and it made for a great surprise and cute pictures. Jeremy did an amazing job on the videography and editing. Watching the highlight video made us cry because he really captured our best moments and those real smiles in the midst of the stress and hustle and bustle of the wedding day. OLAS gave us complimentary rush photos and video without us asking which was a 2-3 week was turn around. Despite our initial trepidation, we are so happy we booked OLAS. They went above and beyond to make our special day memorable for a lifetime. Owner Avery Echols began his DJ career almost by accident. His entry into the business began with managing music for a friend’s reception. At this point, Ace Wedding DJs was born. As Avery’s business grew, he brought in his brother Wes and best friend Landon Bell. Together, this talented trio works hard to bring the dreams of soon-to-be newlyweds to life. In addition to fueling the dance-floor and and crafting ambiance through music, the DJs also serve as MCs with natural ease and charisma. They ensure that introductions, announcements, and transitions run smoothly.

“Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Our wedding also got delayed due to rain and a road closure and he was such a good sport, staying late to keep us all dancing for a whole other hour- so fun! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. I would book him for everything if I could. BOOK THIS DJ. You will NOT regret it!”

“My daughter recently got married in Newport, Rhode Island, on September 14th, 2024. She choose to have her reception in a tent on the lawn of the Eisenhower House. The venue was stunning and the woman at EH recommended Clockwork as we were looking for a local band with horns to play at the reception. We were not able to hear them in person, but all the video's posted online more than helped our decision making process and we quickly booked the band 20 months in advance, It was our second decision in the wedding process after the venue -with many, many more to come, but without a doubt - IT WAS THE BEST DECISION!!!! Booking was easy - we sent a check to reserve the date. the catalog of music they are capable of playing is extensive. But we had a tremendous comfort level with Clockwork New England as the contract states YOU GET THE EXACT MUSICIANS you see on all the website videos. There are no switches, or long lists of band members they slot in on any given day. Everyone we saw and loved are the people that showed up for our event. From start to finish - the band rocked the night away - the dance floor was never empty. They sang the bride and grooms song 'You are the Best Thing" and it was spectacular. And every song after that just got us up off our feet. The horns added so much - we keep hearing from friends asking us who they were, because they LOVED the music. The interactions with the crowd also made the night so memorable - and some of the best videos of the night. The band worked well together - and we just cannot say enough about how much they added to the party. Patrick joined a zoom call we had w our planner a week or so earlier than the event - and went over every detail - completely putting our minds at ease. 5 stars are NOT ENOUGH!! They truly made our event the best it could have possibly been! I want to do it again!”

“This is my second experience with Flower Moxie, and it was just as good if not better than the first time around. I did the flowers for my friends’ kids’ weddings and used Flower Moxie as our primary source, especially for the more unusual flowers. We used another source for some of the filler flowers that was very inexpensive (starts with a C and ends with an o…) and the flowers were inexpensive and plentiful, but not as exciting as the ones available here, the quality was not the same, but the biggest difference is the customer service. We had a few issues with the flowers (I think it would be surprising not to, based on how many and what kind we ordered), and Alexa, Luis, and Mariale were AMAZING with their immediate and helpful support. They rushed out replacements that were perfect, and worked with us to make sure we were 100% happy with everything. Huge shout out to their team - it is very stressful in the days leading up to the big event, and they took a big weight off. If you are unsure about what to get, I highly recommend going with their packages based on color — their recommendations for flowers and amounts are spot on. The videos showing you how to build everything are incredibly helpful and delightfully snarky. I highly recommend!!”
